We provide a range of Meet and Assist services in Dubai Airport for total assurance and comfort of our guests. A welcome package, which includes a Hotel Voucher, map of Dubai, Hotel visit schedule, different recreation and excursion packages to make the visit more interesting and entertaining, is provided to all our guests. We also provide special services including welcome bouquets, assistance for disabled passengers and lost luggage assistance.

Our airport representatives meet clients before they reach the immigration section and assist them all the way through the immigration and luggage. Then our experienced drivers drop them to their chosen hotels.

Golden Class Service
Golden Class is a personalised “Meet & Assist” service available to both arriving and departing passengers, regardless of their class of travel, which offers additional exclusivity for passengers travelling through Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Hala Service
Skilled multilingual team will guide our guests through the airport dedicated check-in and immigration counters to ensure a smooth, fast, hassle free experience right through the airport, and will hand over to BookOurTrip.com airport representative.
Hala facilities are First & Business Class Lounges, Meet & Assist Services including Quick Exit, Porterage and Wheelchair hire, Visa Services and Baggage Storage.
Dubai International Airport
Standard Marhaba Service on arrival.
On arrival at the terminal, guest has to report to the Marhaba counter, from where he will be escorted by Marhaba staff to assist with passport control formalities. After a fast-track service in the passport control, guests are handed over to our airport representative staff.
Diamond Marhaba Service on arrival
This is a premium service in which the guests are met by Marhaba staff at the aerobridge, and further assisted with fast-track clearance through emigration and passport control formalities. Guests will be accompanied by a porter to help with luggage and there after guests are handed over to our airport representatives.
Diamond Marhaba Service on departure
Guests are received by the Marhaba staff at the entrance of the airport with porters to escort them to the Marhaba Lounge. From where they will be provided with express registration, immigration, passport control clearance and security check. Futher they will be transferred to the departure lounge by a buggy and assisted to board on plane.
VIP Al Majlis Service
Whether you want to relax with your family in comfort or conduct business meeting, Al Majlis-VIP Lounge offers you a warm welcome whether you are arriving, departing or in transit. Enter the pleasant environment and be greeted by multi-lingual, specially trained staff who are there to ensure that your time spent at Al Majlis is unique.
A personal assistant is immediately assigned to you, (Female VIP Attendant for families) who will take care of your needs, including all your immigration and check-in procedures, leaving you to relax in the ambience and enjoy the facilities of the VIP lounge, with its own Dubai Duty Free Shopping.
Transfer only
We provide luxury transportation on cars such as BMW, Mercedes Benz S-Class, Limousine and Rose Royce etc on request. In case only a transfer has been booked, the guest after having finished with Passport Control & Customs formalities should leave the Customs Zone, go outside the Terminal, and in the Arrival Area our airport representative will be waiting for him with a sign board with his name and the name of BookOurTrip.com.
